Heart opening Vin to Yin

What is Vin to Yin you say? Well, it's what we've been doing on a Tuesday night at Bene-FIT gym in Ayr. It's half Vinyasa Flow, and half Yin, with movements and postures that feel good together. In this case we're stretching around the front and back of the torso to help you feel open and expansive in your heart and chest area. A nice slow pace, there's reminders in here of how you could use your chair and props to adapt.
