This week we have been doing classes to prepare the body for backward bends. Think lots of shoulder, chest and pec stretching and strengthening, as well as many ways to stretch your quads.
I've just added Vinyasa for backward bends and Yin for backward bends to the On-Demand Library. There are also two restorative practices for heart opening and expansion. If you haven't tried it yet, there's still a free trial period with it.
I am taking a few days off Friday and Sunday as it is my sister's 40th Birthday, so we've arranged several celebrations for her, of course, and loads of balloons!
