Two new classes have been uploaded this week - all about Abs!
No, it's not a new surgery to sculpt your abs, but it's an abs strengthening class in the chair - so accessible for most people. Lots of different ways of stabilising and moving around using your abdominal and core muscles. A great way to strengthen without actually bearing weight.
Yoga for Strength
Here is a little 15 minute (not 10 minute lol) abs workout. There are no repeats, thank God. Give it a bash.
