What's New in On-Demand?

This week we have a really focused practice with lots of movement designed to take care of your back and hips. We'll explore movement patterns in different positions and use props to feel how we might engage certain parts of the body to stabilise ourselves in challenging positions. A great class for mobilising your back and hips. Lots of people have really enjoyed this in class this week. I hope you enjoy it too.
