This week,I've uploaded the Vinyasa Flow class we've been doing over the last few weeks with the Power Flow,Twisted Warriors and the option for Pincha Mayurasana. It's an energetic practice with lots of hamstring stretching and strengthening, and some power moves.

An Adaptive Beginner's Series is coming specifically designed for people who can stand, but find it challenging to get up and down from the floor. Like the original Beginner's Series, it will have a 3-month plan. Look out for this and 3-month packages including 121s being launched soon.
