This week we have the Slow Flow version of Yoga for the Thighs.
This class includes a long warm up on the mat, the Earth Sequence and then some great postures for strengthening the thighs and legs like Goddess, Yogic Squat, and High Crescent Lunge. It includes relaxation.
The Vinyasa Flow with the thigh strengthening was uploaded last week. Next week, we'll take our practice into Moon Salutations and in Slow Flow, we'll call it Earth, Moon and Sun (it's nearly a song isn't it?). I love it when the classes have that feeling of evolving from one sequence to the next.
