What is Foundations of Yoga?
This Foundations of Yoga class is an introduction to the very basics of Yoga, where I break down sun salutations, transitions between different yoga postures and how to do basic yoga postures.
There will be time to explore variations that suit your own unique body and you will be given instruction and feedback on your practice.
Suitable for complete beginners, newbies and those returning to yoga. This is a great place to start your yoga practice at home. even though we go slow, there are exercises to strengthen your body, and you still get a really good workout.
