Classes listed as online take place at my own home yoga studio in Ayr and are booked directly through this site. On-demand classes are pre-recorded and available to you anywhere you have WIFI.

Classes at Bannatynes in Ayr, and the Citadel in Ayr can be booked through their own sites. Classes at Bene-FIT Gym in Ayr can be booked on my site or on their app if you're a member there.
